Maribel and her team do an amazing job, and I am very satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them 100%. They are punctual and pay great attention to detail. They disinfect everything thoroughly, using separate equipment for each area—kitchen tools are only used for the kitchen, and bathroom tools are only used for the bathroom.
Maribel recently cleaned up after a terrible Airbnb guest! He was a disgusting individual who didn’t clean anything and left a pile of dirty dishes, a clogged toilet with feces on the floor, extremely dirty carpet, and tons of laundry, not to mention, he knocked a hole in my wall. Maribel was a first person to enter the unit after the guest checked out, and I still feel bad about what she had to endure. The smell was rancid and sickening, and poor Maribel felt so bad that someone treated my home so terribly! She went above and beyond to make sure everything was disinfected, clean, and put back together. She had to work extra long and even had to return due to the unforeseen mess this guest left. I don’t know what I would’ve done if I didn’t have Maribel to help me! Thank you for saving the day Maribel 🙂
Maribel and her cleaning team are amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure the place is clean from top to bottom. Disinfecting every surface and handle to guarantee a sanitized environment for guests! The place is left, spotless and staged and ready for the next guest to come in and enjoy comfortably in a well-maintained Airbnb!
